Return Process

Product returns - All cement products
a. All sales final unless there is a complaint regarding the product or performance.
Contact NeuroTherm Customer Service at 1-888-655-3500.

Product returns - all other products.
a. Unopened product may be returned within 30 days of shipment.(excluding bone cement)

1. Any product that is mis-shipped (incorrect product or incorrect quantity from NeuroTherm), received damaged or that is unsatisfactory for any reason must be reported within 30 days and will be credited or replaced.
b. Product that is opened may only be returned if there is a customer complaint associated with it. If the product has been used during a procedure, it must be cleaned and sterilized prior to return.
c. Product return procedure:
1. Contact NeuroTherm Customer Service at 1-888-655-3500 to receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Place the RMA number in clear view on the package to be shipped to NeuroTherm.
3. Ship the product via a common carrier.
